Shire Group Building Services have just been awarded full M&E design duties on a new build medical centre in the heart of Warwick.
The former police station is to become a three-storey medical centre which will combine nearby GP surgeries.
The scheme is striving to achieve a BREEAM score of ‘excellent’, and BIM level two design is being utilised for all design works.
The new centre will provide 20 consulting rooms, five treatment rooms, a minor operations theatre and other facilities.
