Shire group have been appointed to carry out stage 2,3 and 4A on this new build housing development. We have designed the scheme using innovate heat pump technology, solar PV and energy efficient mechanical plant and electrical services. Each property was given a separate electrical supply and as gas was not permitted on-site. We had to ensure our designs were inline with part L whilst also ensuring the end user had a low energy costing home.
