Shire Group have been awarded stage 3,4&5 M&E / part L design works for a redevelopment scheme in Birmingham. The existing listed building is being converted into luxury 1-2 bed apartments and also has a small commercial unit adjacent.
Designs / part L SAP/SBEM information has now been submitted and we are awaiting approval from both client and the planning department. Works should commence within the next 1-2 months.
