MVHR Design

MVGR or Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery helps to remove stale air from buildings, replacing it with freshly filtered air instead.

If we can help any further, just let us know. All of our contact details can be found here

What is MVHR?

MVHR stands for Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery. It relates to the process of circulating freshly filtered air around a building while minimising lost energy from heat.

A house or building that has an MVHR system working benefits from an efficient, constant supply of fresh air, improving general air quality.

MVHR Design

We offer as part of our MEP package full MVHR design for new and existing buildings.

The fully coordinated approach and technical ability of our engineers to design in MVHR to new/existing builds is a key asset to our company process.  We work closely with developers/architects to ensure the unit specified is correctly sized for the space, coordinated with other plant equipment and performs at its optimum level.

Sustainable & Cost Effective

Energy saving is one of the key issues for both fossil fuel consumption and the protection of the global environment. The rising cost of energy and global warming underlined the necessity to develop improved energy systems to increase energy efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The most effective way to reduce energy demand is to use energy more efficiently. Therefore, waste heat recovery is becoming popular in recent years since it improves energy efficiency. About 26% of industrial energy is still wasted as hot gas or fluid in many countries. However, over the last two decades, there has been remarkable attention to recover waste heat from various industries and optimise the units which are used to absorb heat from waste gases. Thus, these attempts enhance the reduction of global warming as well as energy demand.
